NSCN (IM) condemns the killing ofΒ Yumsen Matey, former Member of Parliament for Konsa (West) constituency of Tirap District Assembly in Arunachal Pradesh. The former MP was allegedly shot dead on December 16 in a village in Tirap district, where he had gone to work.
