From the date when the Special Rapporteur on the extrajudicial, summary, or arbitrary executions and the Special Rapporteur on Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) sent a communication to the Government of India requesting information and actions taken on Oting killings till today GOI is yet to respond to the Special Rapporteurs.

We would like to question the sincerity of the Government of India in delivering justice to the victims and family members in particular and Nagas in general.
